DEP, FGCU to Co-host Earth Day Economic Development Program
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection and the Florida Gulf Coast University Small Business Development Center are co-hosting a free Earth Day program at FGCU on April 19, 2012 for the business community, citizens and government representatives.
The program will include two panel groups that will discuss the following:
1. “Economic Growth and Florida Environment Can Coexist”
2. “Future of Green Building in Southwest Florida”
After lunch (on your own) there will be a tour of the Solar Panel Fields of FGCU.
The program will be from 8:30 a.m. until noon at FGCU's Cohen Center (Student Union Room 214), 10501 FGCU Blvd., in Fort Myers.
