CHNEP calendar deadline extended to July 23rd

The Charlotte Harbor National Estuary Program's website is currently undergoing major revisions. Because of the issues that has caused, the deadline to submit photographs for the annual photo calendar has been extended to 8 a.m. on Monday, July 23. Those wishing to submit photos should send them as attachments to an email, sent to Maran Hilgendorf, along with a completed entry form.

Since 2005, many talented area residents have captured this beauty in photos and artwork, as is evidenced by the calendars produced by the Charlotte Harbor National Estuary Program (CHNEP). These calendars have helped more people appreciate the natural environment of southwest Florida and to understand CHNEP's purpose. Past years' calendars are available as PDF files on the CHNEP's website.

Once all images have been received, the CHNEP will present the submissions on its website and ask site visitors to vote for their favorites. The most popular images will be included in the CHNEP 2013 calendar.
