Venice to hold public meeting about Flamingo Ditch flooding solutions

A public meeting on the Flamingo Ditch Feasibility Study will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 16 in Community Hall at Venice City Hall, 401 W. Venice Ave.

An in-person meeting will be hosted by the City’s consultant to solicit input from the public to be taken into consideration in the feasibility study. After a brief presentation by the consultant, comments will be heard from all those who are signed up to speak. Starting three days prior to the meeting date, residents will be able to sign up to speak through the following link:

Please be advised there will be limited seating capacity. Residents not in attendance will be able to watch a live stream of the meeting, a recording of which will also be available after the meeting.
